/ FAQ
Straight answers.
The questions we get asked before every project, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. If yours is not here, just ask.
How much does a website cost?
There is no setup fee. Websites are billed monthly: Foundation is $199 a month for a custom site with hosting, security, and edits included; Growth is $599 a month and adds local SEO and Google Business Profile management; Presence is $1,250 a month and adds drone and video production. You can cancel any time.
Why monthly instead of a one-off build fee?
Most small businesses cannot comfortably write a $6,000 cheque for a website, and most agencies that take one disappear afterwards. A monthly fee spreads the cost and means we are still responsible for the site a year later. If we stop being useful, you stop paying.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We would rather earn the business every month than trap anyone in a twelve-month agreement.
How long does a website take to build?
Most sites go live in two to four weeks from the first conversation, depending on how quickly we can get photos, content, and feedback. A larger site with a lot of pages takes longer.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name, your content, and your photos, always. The site is built and hosted by us as part of the plan. If you leave, we will hand over your content and point the domain wherever you want it.
Do you serve my town?
We are a service-area studio covering metro Atlanta, with most clients in the south metro: Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Newnan, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, and the surrounding towns. If you are further out, ask — most of the work happens remotely anyway, and we travel for shoots.
How long does SEO take to work?
Three to six months for meaningful movement in most local markets, sometimes faster for a Google Business Profile that has never been optimised. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either selling ads or not telling you the truth.
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and neither can anybody else, because nobody controls Google's rankings. What we guarantee is the work itself, done every month, with honest reporting on what moved and what did not.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. Start with the free audit — it will show whether the problems are fixable or whether the site is built on something that will keep causing trouble. We will tell you honestly which it is, including when the answer is that your current site is fine.
What happens to my Google rankings if you rebuild my site?
They come with you, provided the rebuild is done properly. We map every existing URL and set up 301 redirects to the new addresses before launch. Skipping that step is the most common way a redesign destroys a business's traffic, and it is entirely avoidable.
Do you write the content, or do I have to?
We write it. Most business owners do not want to write their own website, and it usually shows when they have to. You tell us about the business; we turn that into the words on the page and you approve them.
What is included in 'edits'?
Text changes, new photos, price updates, new service pages, hours, staff changes — the ordinary upkeep of a working website. Email it over and we do it. A whole redesign is a different conversation, but everyday changes are part of the plan.
Do you do video for businesses that cannot stop work for a film crew?
Yes. Alongside conventional drone and ground shoots, we produce AI-generated commercials and web ads, which are faster and cheaper and do not require shutting down a shift.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Brandon and Leslie. The same people design, build, shoot, and answer the email. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
